We are a Christ-centred Church which maintains a New Testament stance in our Christian Work.  Hampstead Gardens Church serves our local community through worship and community programs.  We have a number of community programs that promote the Christian ideal.  We encourage all to participate in the church life and activities.

In Marialbai, a village near the South Darfur border, a mission has recently been established to care for 240 children who have lost both parents. A feeding centre provides a basic daily meal. The plan is to open a school in 2011. Income from child sponsorship will be used to provide food, education, clothing, health care and accommodation where needed.
