This country has an area of 160sqkm, measuring just 25km in length and approx 6km in width, with a population of just 35,000 people. Mountainous enclave on the Rhine between Switzerland and Austria. Hinter Grauspitz is a mountain in on the border of Switzerland and Leichtenstein with a height of 2,574 meters. Liechtenstein is the smallest German-speaking country in the world and well known for its low taxes.

Liechtenstein has changed from a feudal backwater in the 1930s to a leading banking and industrial centre today. Almost the entire indigenous population is Catholic. According to the 2000 census, 87.9% of the population is Christian, 4.8% is Muslim and the rest have no religious affiliation. Few in this country have ever been confronted with the necessity of a personal faith in Christ. Pray that through increased contact with other countries, many might encounter the risen Christ.
