Have you ever found yourself wishing you knew exactly what to do in one of those tricky situations? Whether it’s concerning friends and family, a purchase, or a financial decision, the weight of decision-making can feel overwhelming. Wouldn’t it be easier if someone just handed you the answers?
When it comes to knowing how to move forward, it’s easy to overlook the wisdom contained within the Bible. It serves as a guiding light in our lives, illuminating our paths and directing our steps. Psalm 119:105 reminds us, “Your word is a lamp for my feet and light on my path.” It’s like using your phone as a nav. It gives you step by step instructions, to reach your desired destination.
In this week’s Bible text Thomas asks the question, “Lord, we don’t know where you are going, so how can we know the way?” In moments of uncertainty, turning to God’s Word can provide the clarity we seek. It offers insight and guidance, and we grow in relationship with the One who knows.
By immersing ourselves in scripture and deepening our relationship with Jesus, things will become clearer. Spend time in prayer and reflection, allowing God’s word to shape your decisions while He shows you the way.
