God intervenes into the predicament of mankind as outlined in Genesis 7 when He sent a flood as a judgement on the world at that time. Everything was wiped out and God began the world again with Noah’s family and all the animals on the ark.
God intervenes in our personal life too as He offers us a life that is drawn closer to Him as a result of the experiences we may endure, good and bad. He does not force this upon us, He simply reminds us to remember Him in all circumstances. When bad stuff happens, remember to become better people not bitter people.
“We know that in all things God works for good with those who love him, those whom he has called according to his purpose. Those whom God had already chosen he also set apart to become like his Son, so that the Son would be the first among many believers. And so those whom God set apart, he called; and those he called, he put right with himself, and he shared his glory with them.” Romans 8:28-30, GNB.
