Most people respect the act of prayer. If you ask someone if you can pray for them, it’s rare for them to decline your offer.
Over the years, I’ve prayed for many individuals. When I notice a need, I simply offer to pray for them and their situation. While I may not always know the outcome, many have expressed feelings of peace or deep gratitude afterward. Ministry is essentially relational, much like the cross, which signifies Christ’s ongoing intercession for us.
Jesus offered a beautiful, inspiring prayer for His disciples and for all who would believe in Him through their word (John 17:20), including us. Yes, Jesus prays for us. Take a moment to reflect on this: Jesus is praying for us and our situations.
I deeply appreciate everyone who prays for me, and I consider it a privilege to pray for you. Prayer is a remarkable gift that opens us up to God’s promises and invites His help for us and those we pray for. Every prayer is heard by God, making each prayer moment significant and impactful.
Jesus is our way, our truth, and our life. He loved us to the point of death and now prays for our protection and well-being. His prayer anchors us in His truth, empowering us to help those struggling to find a foundation of truth, meaning, and hope. So, never underestimate the power of prayer.
